Bruce Boswell is the Director of Construction for Essence Company, joining the team in 2006. Mr. Boswell is a California General Contractor and member of the International Code Council.

In addition to working closely with Messrs. Talbot and Tjalma to analyze prospective construction work, Mr. Boswells responsibilities include the supervision of all construction activities for projects underway. He supervises all personnel including construction and project managers, field staff, and administrative personnel. Mr. Boswell serves as the primary customer contact.

Mr. Boswells experience in multi-family, hospitality, commercial and residential construction dates to 1984. Mr. Boswell has partnered with other General Contractors in San Diego as well as owned and operated his own business in San Diego and Los Angeles counties.
