Jason Talbot Bruce Boswell Justin Tjalma is a founding member of Essence Company. While involved in all company activities, his particular focus is upon construction supervision. This includes budget and cost-saving analysis, placement of on-site supervision, construction contracts and permitting. Mr. Tjalma is involved in many industry organizations. Of particular note is his membership in the U.S. Green Building Council; a national organization dedicated to research and support of energy efficient, sustainable developments. Prior to forming Essence Company, Justin was a development and acquisition analyst with a Midwest development firm. He continues to provide consulting services on a diverse range of commercial assets throughout Southern California. |
